Halloween Makeup Series With Nina Ramic - Wife of Mad Hatter

Hi fellow makeup lovers! I am back for another installment of the Halloween Makeup Series!

Why not create something that never existed? Halloween is about creativity and you can be anything you want. I love the idea of creating Disney or story book characters, and then adding a twist.

When I saw that Nicole Guerriero created this amazing look, I had to try it. I added my own personal touches such as the bow and curling my hair with a tiny wand, then teasing it to create a crazy pouffy-do. I challenge you to recreate this look and then add your own touches to it. Does the wife of Mad Hatter have to have a hat? No way. She can be whatever you want her to be.

This is the video I used for inspiration:

Products used:

  • Boscia: No pores No shine T-Zone treatment {Sephora}
  • NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in color ‘Milk’ {Ulta, CVS, Walgreens}
  • Maybelline New York ‘Define-a-brow’ in Medium brown {Walgreens, Ulta}
  • Loreal Paris lipstick in ‘Cardinal Plume’ {Walgreens, Ulta}
  • Mac eyeshadows: ‘Brown Script” & ‘Red Brick’ {Mac Cosmetics — Macy’s}
  • Orange-Pink blush from Sephora brand (no name) {Sephora}
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills eyebrow brush #15 dipped in brown & red shadows for eyebrows {Ulta, Sephora
  • NYX liquid crystal liner in ‘Crystal Silver’ {Ulta}
  • NYX Eye pencil in 'Aqua Shimmer’ for freckles {Ulta}
  • Loreal Paris ‘Voluminous Carbon Black’ Mascara {Walgreens, Ulta, CVS}
  • Eyelashes: Ardell Double Up in #206 {Ulta, Walgreens}

These are my tips:

  1. If you don’t have pink, orange or red eyeshadow, feel free to use red lipstick.
  2. If you don’t have a Nyx jumbo pencil in white, halloween face paint in white will also do the trick.
  3. Make sure to moisturize before and after these looks, as this much makeup can be very drying for the skin.
  4. I purchased my had at Party City & my bow at Micheal’s.
  5. If you have a jacket, match it with a funky printed shirt!

We can’t wait to see some of you recreate this look and don’t forget to tag #SLHalloween on Instagram.

Trick or Treat,

Love this?
